It all started back in 2019 on a trip to visit customers in Asia, when co-founder Jeremy 'JJ' Edgell stumbled on a product never seen before in a workshop. Service advisors were using a large interactive touch screen to present to customers the findings of a health check on their vehicle.
To be able to visualise and explain what is wrong with a vehicle and why work is necessary by using smart technology and 3D models was revolutionary. Then to be able to evidence work for customers to make decisions based on a unique score was beyond anything available to workshops in the UK.
After lots of software development to make the Intelligent Motorist solution look as slick as it does, we have the IM solution we see today.
